Build Your Practice: Private Sessions

These 1:1 Sessions are customized to give you the personal attention that you desire and help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence over time! Krystina’s focus is to help guide you in reaching your goals and offer tools and practices that will support your growth in all aspects of your life. She incorporates a wide range of teaching styles and techniques that will support your pace, meet any special needs you might have like recovery from injury, and help cultivate longevity in your personal practice.

Sessions include and are not limited to:

  • Yoga

  • Mat Pilates

  • Strength/Mobility Work

  • Functional Movement

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Thai Massage

  • Sound Therapy

These sessions are available in Person One on One or Online!
